Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name and email address (to identify you and to communicate with you about ARC)
• Your company name (to associate you with your firm)
• The answers you give in the questionnaire
• If you sign the charter: the name you signed with, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string (audit trail)
• The date and time of your most recent login

How long we keep it

If you do not log in for 48 months, your account is automatically deleted. You will receive a warning email 2 months before deletion. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting an ARC administrator.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside ARC. The site is hosted on infrastructure managed solely for the Association.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting an ARC administrator.
